2019 Bar Exam Results Out on April 29
Results for the 2019 Bar examinations will be released on April 29, said the Supreme Court on April 23.
The list of Bar passers will be uploaded in the Supreme Court website. Due to the social-distancing measures imposed amid COVID-19, candidates are advised to stay at home and a hard copy of the list of passers will no longer be posted in the Supreme Court premises in Padre Faura St. Manila, the Office of the Bar Confidant said in a notice.
The Chairperson’s message will also be uploaded in the website ad will no longer be delivered in the Supreme Court premises.
Passers should wait for further announcements regarding the clearance procedure, oath-taking ceremony, and roll-signing.
Bar candidates who were conditionally admitted to take the examinations last November 2019 and passed will not be allowed to join the oath-taking ceremony unless they submit the requirements within the given period, the office added.
The 2019 Bar examinations were conducted during all four Sundays of November and covers political law, labor law, civil law, taxation, mercantile law, criminal law, remedial law, and legal and judicial ethics. Out of 8,425 candidates, a total of 7,699 finished the exams which were held at the University of Santo Tomas last year.
