Arcades and billiard halls can resume operations in areas under modified general community quarantine or MGCQ, Malacañang said Tuesday as new COVID-19 protocols are set to take effect this week.

Net cafes and other recreational venues can also resume operations, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said, excluding live cockfights.

"Bawal pa rin po ang live sabong, ang pinapayagan pa rin po ay yung e-sabong na lisensyado ng PAGCOR," Roque said in a Palace press briefing.
