Bohol is allowing the entry of tourists who have negative results for COVID-19 via the cheaper and quicker saliva RT-PCR test, the provincial government said.

In an Executive Order signed by Bohol Gov. Arthur Yap, it states that the popular tourist spot now allowed saliva RT-PCR test for those availing of the tourist bubble. A saliva test is priced at P2,000.
The Department of Tourism also has a safety guide for those looking to visit Bohol.
Late last month, the Malay Municipal Tourism Office said saliva tests would be accepted, but later apologized for the confusion and clarified that town authorities are awaiting the final and official pronouncement of the province of Aklan.
For now, Boracay still requires a negative RT-PCR test for tourists.
