Cebu City Reimposes Total Liquor Ban After Spike in Cases
Cebu City will reimpose a total liquor ban starting Wednesday in all public places for the entire duration of quarantine following a spike in COVID-19 cases, authorities said.

In an Executive Order signed by Cebu City Mayor Edgardo Labella, all liquor in all public places will be banned as long as community quarantines are in place, unless otherwise amended or revoked.
Restaurants, resorts, hotels, and other accommodation establishments in the city are permitted to serve alcoholic beverages only to their in-house guests, and adhering to the guidelines from the Department of Tourism and and the Department of Trade and Industry.
Cebu police, barangay officials, and respective authorities are directed to implement the full extent of the ban in their areas of jurisdiction.
