Fire Hits Tiangge Outside Starmall EDSA-Shaw

Fire broke out at several stalls outside the shopping center Starmall along Shaw Boulevard in Mandaluyong on Wednesday morning, the city's Bureau of Fire Protection said.

Fire Officer Prince Pascua told reportr that authorities received a fire alert at 6:35 a.m. and said the fire reached first alarm at 6:42 a.m. It was confirmed fire out at 6:50 a.m. First alarm is the lowest warning.

Authorities have yet to determine the cause of fire.

In a GMA News report, the BFP said the mall's structure was not compromised by the fire.
