(UPDATE) Metro Manila will remain under general community quarantine (GCQ) "with heightened restrictions" until August 5 and will be placed under enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) from August 6 to 20 to combat the spread of the Delta variant, Malacañang said Friday.

Prior to this, the Palace said these are the community quarantine classifications for August:
