Minors Can Now Visit the QC Memorial Circle

Minors are now allowed to visit the Quezon City Memorial Circle, the local government said Wednesday.

Parents or guardians should accompany those under 18 during their visit, city authorities said. The park will operate at up to 30% of its capacity.

Under Alert Level 3, in effect until Oct. 31, tourist attractions like parks may operate at limited capacity. Individual outdoor exercises are allowed for all ages, regardless of comorbidity or vaccination status.
