The Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) will allow flights from inbound international charter and commercial flights to land on certain days of the week.

The announcement was made in a Facebook post by the Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA), posting an advisory from the  Notice to Airman (NOTAM) of the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP),

The new flight schedule includes only NAIA. It  begins on  May 11 and will last until June 10 . Separate restrictions will be implemented at the other international airports in the country.

Inbound international chartered flights are cleared to land in NAIA on Mondays and Thursdays while scheduled inbound international commercial flights are assigned on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

These flights, however, are all required to secure a clearance from the Department of Foreign Affairs and CAAP.  Cmmercial flights will need to secure these clearances 48 hours before their scheduled departure from their airport of origin for proper scheduling of arrivals at the NAIA.
