Noli de Castro is Returning to ABS-CBN After Aborted Senate Run

Kabayan will be back on TeleRadyo.

Veteran broadcaster Noli de Castro will return to ABS-CBN's TeleRadyo on Nov. 8, following his withdrawal from the senatorial race, the Lopez network's news website reported on Thursday.

The former vice president also known as Kabayan, said goodbye to TeleRadyo viewers in October to attempt a political comeback. He withdrew his candidacy five days after it was filed.

"Salamat po, sa kaunting pagkakataon na ma-enjoy ko ang beach, bago bumalik muli sa Teleradyo sa Lunes, kita kits kabayan," he said in an Instagram post on Thursday.

His eponymous show Kabayan will air on TeleRadyo every weekdays at 8 a.m. He will also co-anchor TeleRadyo Balita with Joyce Balancio every weekdays at 7:30 a.m., according to ABS-CBN News.

It was not immediately clear if De Castro will return to TV Patrol where he was replaced by Karen Davila.
