Mayor Vico Hears Complaints: Slippery Market Floors Solved After 12 Years

The Pasig City market is finally getting a makeover after 12 years, as its slippery tiles are now replaced, Mayor Vico Sotto said Tuesday, in response to complaints.

Tile replacement started at the market’s meat section. Sotto reminded the public of the Mega Market Coding Scheme, where only residents from select barangays are permitted to go to the market per day.

Health protocols such as wearing of face masks and maintaining social distance are still required.
