Quezon City Businesses Can Avail A4 Group Scheduling, Here's How to Sign-Up

Businesses in Quezon City can now sign up their employees under the A4 category for the COVID-19 vaccine via group scheduling as the city expands its inoculation program.

Companies with a minimum of 100 employees, a vaccination venue, and medical team may sign up for the city's company-assisted booking.

Residents categorized as medical frontliners, senior citizens, persons with comorbidities, essential workers, and indigent populations can also book their schedule on the QC Vax Easy website.

Here's how to sign up for A4 group scheduling in Quezon City for businesses:

1. Go to the Business Registration Form website.
2. Fill out the required information related to your business, contact person, and vaccination details.
   • These include office address, type of business, if your company has a team and venue, and if your company purchased vaccines.
