With 1,000 volunteers in 20 minutes, former Vice President Leni Robredo said late Wednesday her Angat Buhay NGO has revived the Bayanihan E-Konsulta, her office's free teleconsultation service that was borne out of the pandemic.

Robredo said the signups proved that volunteerism lives, as she thanked those who signified their intention to help build Angat Buhay as the country's largest anti-poverty organization.
