Popular surfing destination Siargao has been named readers' choice for Best Island in Asia by lifestyle magazine Condé Nast Traveler.
Siargao took the lead in the top 10 islands in Asia list which also included popular Philippine tourist spots Palawan and Boracay -- ranking third and eighth respectively.
