Only authorized persons outside of residence, or APORs, will be allowed to leave their homes and ride the MRT-3, LRT-2, and PNR for free.
To get a free ride, APORs must present their vaccination cards as proof they've received their COVID-19 jab. This covers individuals who got both doses, and those who got their first and are waiting for their second.
The Philippine Ports Authority, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines, and the Manila International Airport Authority will give free coffee, water, and snacks for vaccinated APORs waiting for their trips in airports and seaports.
