GUIDE: VaxCertPH is Accepted in These Countries
Fully vaccinated Filipino travelers can now present their VaxCertPH in more foreign countries as official proof of vaccination.
As of Mar. 1, Department of Foreign Affairs listed 66 countries accepting the digital QR code. The vaccine certificates from the listed countries will also be honored in the Philippines.

Where can you go?
For now, only Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand are open to tourists visa-free, where quarantine upon arrival is not required. A negative RT-PCR test prior to departure is required for all destinations.
Singapore will require registration via their contact-tracing app, while tourists in Malaysia must get tested upon arrival. Tourists in Thailand are still required to undergo an RT-PCR test on the first and fifth day of stay.
As per the Philippine Airlines website, only 'tourists' who are investors, businessmen, experts with guarantee or invitation may enter Cambodia.
Vietnam is open to ASEAN passport holders as it looks to reopen to tourists.

Most countries are open only for business or emergency travel and remain closed to tourists. Popular travel destinations like South Korea and Japan are currently not processing tourist visa applications.
Macau, Taiwan, and Hong Kong—though visa-free—are still closed to tourists.
