How to View Super Blood Moon Eclipse in Case of Cloudy Skies
Cloudy skies due to a low pressure area could spoil the view of the Super Blood Moon Eclipse on Wednesday evening in the Visayas and Mindanao, leaving those in Luzon with a better chance of seeing the rare celestial spectacle, PAGASA said.
If there's cloud cover in your area during the eclipse, PAGASA will be streaming it on its Facebook and YouTube pages as it refrains from accommodating walk-in visitors during the pandemic, weather forecaster Ariel Rojas told reportr. The vantage point is the Science Garden in Quezon City. The only lunar eclipse of 2021 will see the moon turn red, hence the name blood moon.
"Posibleng hindi po nila makita ang total lunar eclipse mamayang gabi. Sa Luzon area lang po, including Metro Manila, posible na makakita ng eclipse mamaya," he said.
