More appointees of President Bongbong Marcos took their oath on Thursday as the composition of his administration continued to shape up, including a scion of the Zobel de Ayala family and the daughter of former Senator Vicente Sotto III.
Bianca Cristina Cardenas Zobel and Diorella "Lala" Sotto-Antonio have been sworn in as social secretary and chairperson of the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board or MTRCB, respectively, along with seven other appointees, state media PTV reported.

Zobel, whose primary task is to arrange the president's social appointments, is the daughter of Iñigo Zobel, chairman of packaging, mining, and real estate conglomerate Top Frontier Investment Holdings who is part of one of the richest families in the country.
She graduated from the American University in Paris with a political science degree and took short courses in Madrid and at the Philippine School of Interior Design.
Sotto-Antonio served as Quezon City councilor who chaired various committees in the local government unit.
Sotto thanked Marcos for appointing her daughter in the MTRCB. "I believe she will do well given her background. Besides, she has two excellent women former chairpersons to emulate, Sen. Grace Poe and Cong. Rachel Arenas," he added.
