For those looking for a last-minute summer getaway, Boracay has again reopened its white sand beach to travelers from the Metro Manila bubble, authorities said Tuesday.
The Malay Tourism Office on Tuesday said tourists coming from Metro Manila, Bulacan, Laguna, Cavite, and Rizal can go to Boracay again until June 15 after the government allowed the resumption of leisure travel.
"Other tourists coming from other GCQ/MGCQ areas are always allowed as well. The same LGU requirements are necessary to comply," it said in a Facebook post.
