The Philippines is set to implement new COVID-19 protocols for international arrivals starting Feb. 1 following the suspension of the current "Green-Yellow-Red List" system. International arrivals starting Feb. 1 will be subejct to protocols and requirements dependent on their vaccination status.

Starting Feb. 16, only fully vaccinated foreign nationals will be allowed to enter the Philippines. Filipinos abroad are not covered by the new rule, Cabinet Sec. Karlo Nograles said since the policy only applies to foreign nationals.
