In preparation for vaccination drives, several cities have started registering their residents for the COVID-19 jabs ahead of its arrival.

Some cities like  Marikina City and Pasay City have budgets allotted for the procurement of COVID-19 vaccines, but have yet to begin registration for residents.

Here, we list down the cities that started COVID-19 vaccine pre-regisration for its residents, in alphabetical order.

You can pre-register to receive the COVID-19 vaccine in these cities:

Caloocan

Caloocan City residents can fill out an online form to be registered for the COVID-19 jabs.

Las Piñas

Las Piñas City registration for COVID-19 jabs can be done online. You can fill out this form or scan the QR code below. A valid ID is required.

Makati

Residents from Makati City can register online on the registration website. Be sure to click the correct status.

Malabon

Those living in Malabon can fill out the vaccine registration form here. Residents must select the sector they are a part of to hold the right place in line.

Mandaluyong

Aside from house-to-house visits to manually register residents, online registration is also being done in Mandaluyong City. You can fill out the form here.

Manila

The City of Manila opened up online registration in December 2020. You can access the online form on the city's website.

Muntinlupa

Muntinlupa City is accepting registrants for the vaccine. The online form requires government ID details to ascertain the resident's identity. Residents must also list down their allergies and medical history.

Navotas

Registration for Navotas City residents can be done online, through this form. After accomplishing the form, you will be given a unique QR code which you need to save and present on the day of vaccination.

Parañaque

Those residing in Parañaque City can sign up by filling out an online form. All you have to do is scan the QR code below.

Pasig

Pasig City residents should register for the Pasig Pass QR Code. Originally meant for contact tracing within the city, the information from the registration will also be used for vaccine registration.

According to Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto, this is to forgo a second registration form for residents.

Quezon City

Though Quezon City has no dedicated site for registration for the COVID-19 jabs, citizens are encouraged to sign up for the Quezon City ID. Information gathered on citizens will be stored in a database which the city will use for public services, including vaccine distribution.

San Juan

Online registration for COVID jabs in San Juan City were already closed, but efforts on-ground continue to get as many residents signed up for the vaccine.

As of Monday, a total of 27,065 have already registered.

Taguig

For residents of Taguig City, registration for the city's contact tracing app Taguig Trace is a pre-requisite to getting the COVID-19 vaccine. According to a post on the city's Facebook page, "it will create a more centralized citizen's database as an accurate reference for the vaccine rollout in the city."
