Globe on Thursday apologized to customers who can't call nor text due technical glitches, saying it was working on a fix.
It said some subscribers may be experiencing difficulties sending text messages or placing outgoing calls since 6:13 a.m.
"We're currently having technical issues which might now be affecting calls and texts. We're sorry for the inconvenience," it said in a text message sent to customers.
"Don't worry, you may use mobile data as your communication alternative. We hope for your understanding."
