Malacañang on Wednesday announced new community quarantine classifications for areas outside Metro Manila effective from Oct. 16 to 31.
The capital region will remain under the COVID-19 alert level system, downgraded one notch Alert Level 3 from Alert Level 4, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said.
