For the second year in a row, churches in Metro Manila and nearby provinces have reverted to live streaming for their Holy Week activities as a surge in COVID-19 infections prompted a renewed lockdown or ECQ.
Bishops have advised the Filipino faithful to join religious activities for the 2021 Holy Week online since in-person participation is prohibited.
