A 102-year-old resident in Muntinlupa City was among those who were vaccinated on Monday, urging other senior citizens to get immunized against COVID-19, the local government said.
Maria Rosario Mañas, a resident of Barangay Cupang, got her jab at the Festival Mall vaccination site, the city government said on Facebook.
Vaccination is ongoing for priority groups A1 (medical frontliners), A2 (senior citizens), A3 (persons with comorbidities) and A4 (economic frontliners). Those who have not been inoculated in Muntinlupa can pre-register here.
The government said fully vaccinated senior citizens in areas under general community quarantine (GCQ), including the NCR Plus bubble, or modified general community quarantine (MGCQ) can go out of their homes. They just have to present their vaccination cards, Malacañang said.
