Barangay 374 in the city of Manila is preparing for a four-day localized lockdown, which will start on Wednesday, to quell a surge in COVID-19 cases.
The city's lockdowns run parallel with an ongoing curfew from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. that all local government units in Metro Manila implemented starting Monday. Minors were also barred from going outside.
