Filipinos in different parts of Metro Manila sought refuge in open grounds after a magnitude 7.3 earthquake shook Luzon.
Employees were forced to evacuate from office towers while condo dwellers fled their units to safer grounds after the powerful earthquake.

The magnitude 7.3 earthquake hit 2 kilometers north of Lagangilag, Abra at 8:43 a.m. with a depth of 25 kilometers, Phivolcs said in a bulletin.
Aftershocks and damages are expected due to the earthquake, Phivolcs added.
