A magnitude 4.6 earthquake struck Zambales Friday afternoon, with parts of Quezon City feeling the tremor, Phivolcs said.
The earthquake hit 7 kilometers west of Masinloc, Zambales at 4:36 p.m., with a depth of 40 kilometers, Phivolcs said in an advisory.
