After years of being a "chillnuman" haven to stressed out college students, Tomato Kick in 19 Malingap, Quezon City is closing its doors, joining a growing list of businesses that succumbed to the pandemic.
Tomato Kick or TK said it wouldn't say goodbye "without giving thanks" through an online benefit concert that is also an effort to raise funds for employees who will be out of work.

The event titled "TK Last Order" will be streamed live on a Facebook event page on the evening of May 21, from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m.. It will be headlined by OPM bands such as Ang Bandang Shirley, Ubandub, Shirebound & Busking, and Moonstar88, among others.
Of their target P200,000 worth of funds for their employees' separation pay, TK said it has so far raised over P37,000.
To raise more money, TK said it is also accepting orders via courier deliveries from May 20 to 22 on top of catering to dine-in customers, after which they will officially be shut.
