(UPDATE: Starting March 15, Metro Manila will adopt a single curfew, 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. to avoid confusion, according to the MMDA)

For four straight days in March, the daily number of cases reached 3,000, numbers not seen since October 2020. Officials reminded the public to strictly follow minimum public health standards, and advised double-masking especially given the threat of new COVID-19 variants.
