Number coding remains suspended in Metro Manila during coronavirus Alert Level 4, except in Makati City, the MMDA said Friday, in response to motorists queries.
The suspension remains until further notice, the MMDA said on Twitter.
Alert Level 4 is the second highest under the new five-tier quarantine system that is being piloted in the capital region of 12 million people. It allows for lockdowns of buildings, streets and barangays instead of entire cities and regions to allow businesses to slowly reopen.
Under Alert Level 4, movement remains limited to essentials and a curfew is in effect from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m.
