Cloudy skies with isolated rains and thunderstorm is expected in Bicol Region and MIMAROPA due to the low pressure area located 340 kilometers east of Infanta, Quezon as of 3 a.m. It is unlikely to intensify into a typhoon, according to PAGASA.
The remaining parts of Luzon will have cloudy skies in the morning with possible thunderstorms by afternoon or evening.
Visayas
The entire Visayas region will have cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms brought by the LPA.
Mindanao
Generally fair weather will prevail in Mindanao with cloudy skies and possible rainshowers by afternoon or evening.
