Philippine Airlines on Tuesday released guidelines for its passengers flying out of the country, as travel restrictions continue to ease during the country's 8th month under quarantine.

Fill up forms before travel.
Passengers departing from the Philippines must accomplish the Passenger Profile and Health Declaration (PPHD) form online 5 days before their scheduled flight departure.
Those flying out on Nov. 12 can access the portal starting Nov. 10.
Those bound for the U.S., Canada, and Australia must accomplish the paper form upon check-in at the airport.
Passengers headed for Singapore are required to accomplish the PPHD paper form upon airport check-in in addition to the online registration.
Local Manning Agencies may register on behalf of their passengers.

Travel requirements dictated by foreign countries are subject to periodic adjustments and passengers are encouraged to check the websites of the concerned authorities of the country of destination.
Some of the requirements may include downloading an app, fillin up additional forms, booking quarantine lodging in advance, or presenting a negative COVID-19 test result prior to travel.
You need to get tested.
Starting Nov. 11, PAL passengers may undergo RT-PCR testing at the Philippine Airlines Learning Center (PLC) located at 540 Padre Faura cor. Adriatico St. Ermita, Manila.
The swab test will be conducted by the airline's Department of Health-accredited laboratory partner Detoxicare Molecular Diagnostics. This can be done via walk-in or drive-thru from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Tests are priced at P4,500 and results are released within 24 hours.
Passengers may pay with Philippine peso, debit card, credit card, GCash, PayPAL, WeChatPay, or Alipay.
To avail of testing at the PAL Learning Center, you can book an appointment online in advance.
Before passengers can get tested at the facility, they must present the following:
- a valid ID
- plane ticket
- a QR code confirming successful registration of passenger profile and accomplishment of health declaration online

On the day of your flight, staff will check the completeness of your requirements and the validity of your travel documents.
