Public gatherings or celebrations for palaspas or Palm Sunday on Mar. 28 along with salubong or the welcoming of the risen Christ on Easter Sunday will be suspended.

Processions of religious images will be allowed provided that the convoy is limited to only three vehicles with no public audience or parishioners following.

The procession may be livestreamed for those who wish to partake.
