RCBC said Friday it was expanding its cardless ATM withdrawals to mobile terminals that are in isolated areas, making financial services within reach for more people.
Neighborhood ATMs or ATM Go by RCBC has the widest reach in geographically isolated and disadvantaged areas or GIDA, the Yuchengco-led lender said. It's available in 73 out of 81 provinces in the Philippines.
Clients simply need to log into their RCBC Online or DiskarTech account and choose the cash withdrawal option to initiate the transaction. A reference number and OTP will be sent to the user which they will then use to withdraw money from any ATM Go partner merchant, the bank said.
