Robinsons Land said Monday it would soon launch The Link, an expansion of Robinsons Metro East Mall that would provide seamless connection to the Marikina Station of LRT-2.
The Link is inspired by metro lines in Hong Kong and London that meld retail with public transportation, Robinsons Land said. The Marikina Station is one of two extension points of the LRT-2 that pushes it deeper into Metro Manila's eastern suburbs.
The Link on the second level of Robinsons Metro East will have a mini-grocery, drugstore, optical shops, bank, grab-and-go food kiosks and pasalubong shops, said Robinsons Malls Regional Operations Director Myron Yao.
The Link will host new concepts such as the popular Korean store, No Brand and Pet Lovers Center. it will also host medical and wellness facilities on the mezzanine area.
