Vice President Leni Robredo's daughter Tricia has asked the NBI to investigate the spread of fake videos of her online, following the lead of elder sister, Aika, the presidential candidate's office said Tuesday.
The young Robredo's lawyer wrote to the NBI on April 21 to help identify the persons behind the fake lewd video, the sites and links where it was shared, and the IP addresses so that charges can be filed.
Elder sister Aika earlier asked the NBI cybercrime division to find those responsible for the spread of alleged sex videos using her name in blogs and other platforms.

Tricia sought the NBI's help because “if these perpetrators are not unmasked and prosecuted before the courts, other persons might be subjected to the same vicious and criminal acts," Robredo's office said.
Presidential candidate Robredo is the biggest victim of fake news in 2022, Tsek.PH said. Her chief rival and survey frontrunner Bongbong Marcos Jr. is the top beneficiary.
