Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine was trending worldwide on Tuesday after he was accused of cheating with his pregnant wife and wanting to name the child after his mistress.

On Philippines Twitter alone, "Adam Levine" was trending with 87,000 posts. Levine's name also headlined Google Trends. The self-confessed mistress, Instagram model Sumner Stroh, said the affair happened while the rocker was married to Victoria's Secret Model Behati Prinsloo.

"Essentially, I was having an affair with a man who is married to a Victoria Secret model. At that time, I was young, I was naive and quite frankly I felt exploited," Stroh said in a TikTok video with more than eight million views in less than 12 hours.

Her video showed conversations with Levine via his verified Instagram account.

Showing a screenshot of Levine's message, Stroh said that after months of silence, he "came back in my life" by asking if he could name his third child with Prinsloo after her, saying he was "DEAD serious."

"I was like, I have to be in hell at this point. My morals were unknowingly compromised. I was completely manipulated. I never wanted to come forward because obviously I know the implications of doing what I do, making money the way I do and being an Instagram model so being tied to a story like this I know the stereotypes," Stroh said.

In another TikTok video released on Tuesday, she said she came forward to dispel rumors after a friend tried to sell her story to a tabloid.

Stroh said she believed Levine and Prinsloo's marriage was over and was keeping it quiet to avoid negative press.

"In retrospect I wish I would've questioned things more, I wish I wasn't so naive but you know, being naive is not an excuse for what I did... I'm not the victim in this. I'm not the one who's getting really hurt here, it's Behati and her children and for that I am so, so sorry."
