BPI's Debit Mastercard Services to Go Offline on July 23

BPI's debit card services under Mastercard will be temporarily down on Saturday to make way for scheduled systems maintenance.

Service hours will take place from on July 23, 12 a.m. to 12 p.m. Customers are advised to plan their transactions before the weekend.

The following BPI services will be temporarily unavailable on July 23, 2022:

  • BPI ATMs, Cash Accept Machines (CAMs), point-of-sale (POS) machines, and transactions with other banks’ ATMs and POS machines
  • E-commerce transactions
  • Card Control services via BPI Online and Mobile app (adjusting withdrawal or purchase limits, enabling or disabling international and e-commerce access, and temporary or permanent card blocking)
  • Online banking password reset using Debit Card
  • Activation of Mobile Number Update via BPI Mobile app

BPI's debit EMV Cirrus Card in Red and Gold, credit card, and prepaid card services will remain accessible during maintenance.
