Cashless transactions are being fast-tracked during the pandemic as a safety precaution against COVID-19 and motorists will have to get their RFID stickers before Nov. 2 as toll booths and expressways will get rid of cash payments in favor of automated toll collection systems.

The RFID stickers are stuck on cars and carry virtual credit. A vehicle passes through the toll booth and the exact toll is deducted from the credit—minus the need to count cash or wait for your change.
EasyTrip RFID handles toll collections along NLEX, SCTEX, CAVITEX, and CALAX. Installation is free in certain establishments, but you'll eventually have to load up the accompanying card with more credits once you've used up all your stored load.
You can load your EasyTrip RFID sticker with more credit online via mobile wallets and banking apps, eliminating the need to physically go to an accredited loading station.
