The Newest Kapuso is Johnny Manahan, Ex-ABS-CBN Starmaker

Starmaker Johnny Manahan, more popularly known as Mr. M, has moved to GMA Network joining former ABS-CBN talents who turned Kapuso from Kapamilya, the broadcaster said Tuesday.

Mr. M will serve as consultant to GMA Artist Center, GMA's answer to ABS-CBN's Star Magic that Manahan established.

One of Manahan's prized wards at ABS-CBN, Bea Alonzo, also recently transferred to GMA.

The exodus of entertainment talents continues one year since ABS-CBN was shut down and denied a fresh 25-year-franchise by a House of Representatives panel.
