GUIDE: Alert Level Quarantine System Expands to Provinces
The Philippines is slowly doing away with lockdowns in favor of alert level quarantines.
Starting Wednesday, Oct. 20, more provinces outside of Metro Manila are transitioning to alert level quarantines.

The alert level determines how much the economy can reopen. The lower the alert, the more businesses can operate.
