Expect cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by the southwest monsoon or habagat and the low pressure area monitored off Calauag, Quezon as of 3 a.m.

Luzon

The LPA and habagat will bring cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in Central Luzon, Calabarzon, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Pangasinan, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Isabela, and mainland Cagayan.

The rest of Luzon will have cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms caused by the habagat and localized thunderstorms.

Visayas

It will be cloudy with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in Visayas.

Mindanao

The Zamboanga Peninsula will have cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms, while rest of Mindanao will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and possible thunderstorms due to the habagat and localized thunderstorms.
The rest of Mindanao will have cloudy skies with localized thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening.
