GUIDE: Benefits Under PhilHealth's COVID Home Isolation Package

COVID-19 patients who are isolating at home can avail themselves of a benefits package from PhilHealth, intended for mild and asymptomatic cases.

The COVID-19 benefit package is worth P5,917 and is composed of the following:

1. At least 10 days of home isolation consultations, including at least two consultations with a doctor from a PhilHealth-accredited facility 

2. Round the clock or 24/7 clinical and supportive care from a nurse via telecommunication

3. A home isolation kit containing:

• 1 Liter of 70% alcohol
• 5 pieces of face mask
• 1 thermometer
• 1 pulse oximeter
• Consent form
• Medicines and vitamins such as paracetamol, lagundi tablets, ascorbic acid etc.

PhilHealth said all Filipinos registered under the National Health Insurance Program are eligible to avail of the benefit package, but those who have yet to register may also be covered provided that they have accomplished the PhilHealth Member Registration Form.
