National ID Application Now Available at Select Robinsons Malls

Robinsons Malls said Tuesday some of its branches would host registration for National IDs in an effort to make the application more accessible to the public.

The Robinsons Malls Lingkod Pinoy Center partnered with the Philippine Statistics Authority for the effort. The Lingkod Pinoy Centers process essential government transactions such as NBI clearance and and passport applications.

Applicants who pre-registered at their designated barangays and were given an application form and appointment slip can head over to the select Robinsons Malls starting Dec. 1 until Dec. 23 and Dec. 26 to 30.

These Robinsons Malls are processing applications for national ID registration:

• Robinsons Place Antipolo: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Robinsons Place Dumaguete, Robinsons Galleria Cebu, Robinsons Place Iloilo, Robinsons Place Ormoc, and Robinsons Place Roxas: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

You have to bring your application form, appointment slip, and any government ID. In case you have no government ID, a birth certificate or voter's ID may be presented.

The national ID integrates various government IDs such as the SSS, Pag-Ibig, and PhilHealth. It contains vital information such as full name, facial image, sex, date of birth, blood type, and address to help ascertain an individual's identity.

Biometric information such as a person's iris scan, fingerprints, and photograph will also be included in the card.
