Vice President Leni Robredo on Tuesday thanked those who volunteered for Bayanihan E-Konsulta, her COVID response program, that wrapped up operations as the end of her term neared.

Since its launch in April 2021, the OVP's free teleconsultation service has assisted more than 58,000 people  -- COVID and non-COVID -- with the help of volunteers including 947 doctors, 1,751 call or chat agents, and emergency medical services teams.

"Sa lahat ng mga kababayan na ating natulungan sa Bayanihan E-Konsulta, malaking karangalan po para sa amin na kayo ay mapaglingkuran," Robredo said on Twitter.

Robredo will launch the NGO Angat Buhay on July 1, a day after she steps down as vice president.
