Top Companies for Career Growth in 2022, According to LinkedIn

Filipino employees are returning to the office after two years of working from home, leading many to evaluate their job tracks. 

For those looking for greener pastures, professional networking website LinkedIn released Wednesday its list of the top 15 companies to grow your career in the Philippines.

Smart Communications, Accenture, and Shell topped the list based on LinkedIn's key pillars: the ability to advance, skills growth, company stability, external opportunity, company affinity, gender diversity, and spread of educational backgrounds.

"These are the companies offering stability in our ever-changing world of work—the ones that are attracting employees and retaining them," LinkedIn said of the list.

Here are the top 15 companies in the Philippines to grow your career in 2022:

Companies that were considered for the list are those with at least 500 employees in the country as of Dec. 31, 2021 and should have at most 10% reductions in staff, including attritions and layoffs, LinkedIn said.

Government agencies, educational institutions, and staffing and recruiting firms were also excluded.
