Businesses Can Avail of A4 Group Scheduling in Taguig, Here's How to Sign-Up

Taguig is accepting group scheduling for economic frontliners in the A4 category working for businesses based there, city authorities said.

"Ang lahat ng Taguig based companies at businesses ay dapat magtalaga ng isang FOCAL PERSON na mag-aasikaso ng Group Scheduling ng pagbabakuna ng kanilang mga empleyado, kabilang ang mga non-residents na nagtatrabaho sa Taguig," the advisory said.

Here's what you need for an A4 group schedule in the city of Taguig:

Make sure requirements are complete.

A masterlist of employees to be vaccinated must contain the following information.

  • Full name
  • City of residence
  • TRACE QR Code Number
  • Contact number used to register for TRACE

Total number of employees must be specified, along with the point person's full name, designation, and contact number.

An attestation clause must be signed by a corporate officer, business proprietor, or human resources manager to confirm the veracity of the list of employees. Only one signed attestation clause is needed to cover all employees.

Send the requirements online.

E-mail the the requirements to [email protected] with the subject "COMPANY NAME - A4".

Wait for a call.

The Taguig Vaccination Task Force will contact the point person to confirm vaccine schedules and appointments.

The advisory reiterated the appointed times and dates: "Mariing pinapaalalahanan ang lahat ng babakunahan na sumunod sa nakatakdang schedule ng inyong kompanya o negosyo."

Requirements may change depending on the directives of the Department of Health, Inter-Agency Task Force, and National Vaccination Oeprations Center, and other pertinent agencies and authorities.
