Fully vaccinated tourists can visit Baguio without having to present a negative COVID-19 test, the city's tourism office said Monday.
Those who have received two doses of their COVID jabs must present their vaccination card or certificate in place of the test. Other requirements such as the city's QR-coded Tourist Pass, advanced bookings at accredited establishments, and safety protocols are still in place.
"Individuals are considered fully vaccinated two weeks after the completion of all vaccination doses required," according to a Baguio travel advisory.
Baguio City will only accommodate 3,000 tourists at a time to adhere to social distancing measures, with reservations done on a first-come, first-served basis. Wearing of face masks, face shields, physical distancing, frequent disinfections are mandatory.
Tourists of all ages from GCQ and MGCQ areas will be accepted.

QR-coded Tourist Pass (QTP)
Go to visita.baguio.gov.ph for a unique QR-coded Tourist Pass (QTP), which you'll need during your entire stay. Create an account, select the dates of your visit, and upload a photo of a valid ID. This must be accomplished at least 24 hours before travelling.
Negative COVID test or vaccination card
Those who have not received their doses must present a negative antigen or RT-PCR test taken 72 before arrival in Baguio City. The city also offers antigen testing upon arrival in the region's triage price at P500.
Only fully vaccinated individuals can present their vaccination card or certificate. All tourists aged 17 and below must present a negative COVID test.
Triage before entry
Travelers are required to present their (QTP) before being allowed entry. Tourists with yellow or purple QTPs shall be taken to the John Hay Triage or Central Triage. Blue QTPs can go straight to their booked hotels and undergo triage there. Color code is dictated by information provided during sign-up for QTP.
