Once you have all that, you have to e-mail them to [email protected] at least 12 hours before your scheduled trip to Boracay with the email subject: OHDC-Family Name, First Name.

Wait for the response to see if your documents were accepted. This usually takes a few minutes up to an hour. If no response is seen after two hours, send another e-mail.

If processing is unsuccessful, an e-mail will be sent requesting for additional documents. Quick response is encouraged to avoid delays in QR code processing.

Bring your QR Code at all times

Once approved, you will be sent a unique QR code via e-mail. You must keep a digital or printed copy with you at all times as this will be scanned at all ports of entry and exit.

Services and establishments will also require you to present it once you're in Boracay.

The tourist QR code has an expiry of 12 hours from your accommodation checkout time. If you are extending your stay in Boracay Island, please send an e-mail of a new booking slip showing the extension to [email protected] before your original checkout time.
