Bank of the Philippine Islands said certain services would be unavailable from Friday to Saturday due to a scheduled systems maintenance.
The maintenance activity will be from Nov. 19, 10 p.m. to Nov. 20, 10 p.m. The following services will be temporarily unavailable:
- BPI ATMs and Cash Accept Machines (CAMs)
- BPI Online and BPI Mobile app
- BPI Debit Cards
- Use of BPI Online credentials in partner apps and websites
- Funding of BPI Prepaid cards
- BizLink platform
Credit card and prepaid card services will remain operational, according to the advisory released Tuesday. Clients are advised to plan deposit, withdrawal and online transactions accordingly.
